Fissure in Sandstone

The Digital Diameter Gauge (DDG) is used for quick checking of die sizes with the help of an optical image and customized measuring software. The size checking is accurate, and measurement is done within 5 to 10 seconds per die.

We have two models: 0.005 to 2.000 mm and 0.100 to 8.000 mm.

MEASURING PIN SETS

Measuring pins are a quick, efficient, and economical way of calibrating die bores. The pins are made of tool steel and are hardened. They are specially treated under sub-zero temperatures to retain the dimensions for a prolonged time. They are available in steps of 5, 10, 20, and 50 microns. These pins are packed in a durable special wooden box.

We also supply loose pins instead of the full set.

Size range: 0.20 – 20 mm, tolerance: ± 1 microns

Hardness: 58 – 62 HRC

Length: 40 mm for <3 mm; 50 mm for>3 mm
