DIAMOND SUSPENSION
Our diamond suspension is well known for quick cutting and mirror polishing of TC dies. Diamond suspension is the preferred choice for grinding and polishing media while working on TC dies using high speed machines.
Specially graded diamond powders are mixed with a unique gel to suspend the diamond particles uniformly throughout the gel. Our suspension is water soluble, and the die profile is easy to clean. The standard grades are 0-1, 2-4, 3-6, 4-8, 6-12, 8-15,10-20, 20-40, and 40- 60. We also supply the D-series. Diamond suspensions are readily available for 250, 100, and 50 ml bottles.

Our diamond-plated angle pins are used for grinding of tungsten carbide dies. These are concentric needles and highly recommended for high-speed TC die working machines. GHCS PINS
Grinded Hardened Cylindrical Calibration (GHCS) Pins are also called bearing formation pins or sizing pins. They are used in MTCBRG 6/8 machines for the quick bearing formation of dies. They can also be used for manual bearing formation. These pins are made of hardened silver steel material.
Available sizes: 0.300, 0.310, 0.320, 0.330…13.990, and 14.000 mm
Size Tolerance: +0, -0.003 mm
Hardness: 55 – 60 HRC
Pin Length (size from 0.200 to 0.590 mm): 25 mm +/- 0.05 mm
Pin Length (size from 0.600 to 14.00mm): 80 mm +/- 0.05 mm

HARDENED STEEL CONICAL NEEDLES
Hardened steel conical needles are used for grinding tungsten carbide in high-speed working equipment. Available sizes are diameters 3, 4, 6, and 8 mm. Available lengths are 80 and 100 mm.
HARDENED SILVER STEEL NEEDLES
Hardened silver steel needles are used for diamond die-working equipment. Available sizes are of diameters 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, and 6 mm. The available length is 100 mm.
