We manufacture Synthetic Single Crystal Diamond Dies (SSCD), or mono-diamond dies in the 0.015 – 1.5 mm range.

Our SSCD dies are widely used to draw stainless steel, copper, aluminium, EDM, tungsten, molybdenum, gold, silver, and alloy wires.

We procure the SSCD crystals from Element 6 and Sumitomo. These manufacturers supply the crystals with pre-ground 111 plane orientation and different levels of thickness.

The SSCD blanks have high thermal conductivity and high thermal stability and ensure a good surface finish of the wire. 111 plane ensures long die life due to exceptional wear resistance.
